» Turn onto the Dallas North Tollway South service road.
» Merge onto Dallas North Tollway South (toll required).
» Take the exit toward Harry Hines Blvd. downtown.
» Merge onto Harry Hines Blvd.
» Turn left at Moody St.
» Continue onto N. Pearl St.
» Turn left onto the Woodall Rodgers Fwy. service road.
» Turn right on the first road past the red glass Winspear Opera House onto Jack Evans.

From DFW Airport:
» Take the South exit out of DFW Airport.
» Merge onto TX-183 toward Irving/Dallas.
» TX-183 becomes I-35E South/US-77 South.
» Merge onto TX-366 West Woodall Rodgers Fwy.
» East toward I-45/Houston/US-75.
» Take the Pearl St. exit.
» Take a right (or head east) on the Woodall Rodgers service road.

» U-Turn at Pearl St. light and merge onto the eastbound Woodall Rodgers Fwy. service road.

» Take the DART Red or Blue Line toward downtown.

PARKING
The AT&T Performing Arts Center offers underground, on-site, valet and self-parking options during performance times.
The Lexus Red Parking facility is located on the north end of Jack Evans Street, below the Winspear Opera House.
The Lexus Silver Parking facility is located below Moody Performance Hall, directly across (east) Jack Evans from the Wyly Theatre. There is a secure underground tunnel that provides direct access to the Wyly Theatre from Lexus Silver.

Daily Parking
Parking is also open in Lexus Red during non-event times. The facility is fully automated and payments can be made as you leave at either of the pay stations located on P1 or P2 levels. The pay stations accept cash or credit. For those who wish to pay within the exit lane, our exit stations only accept credit cards. You must have your ticket with you at the time of exit to process payment.

Lexus Priority Parking
Patrons driving Lexus vehicles have access to the Lexus Priority Parking spaces on Level 1 of Lexus Red. Lexus Priority Parking is limited to 50 spaces and is first-come, first-served. Plan to arrive early when visiting the Center to secure your priority space. Self-parking rates apply.
Lexus Red Parking
Located directly beneath the Winspear Opera House, the Lexus Red Parking facility offers easy access to the venue. The entrance is found on the north end of Jack Evans Street. You can buy parking in advance at a discounted rate up to two hours before the event. On-site payment is also available two hours before the performance, with both cash and card options. There’s also valet parking for a smoother service, with special rates for Lexus vehicle owners.
Lexus Silver Parking
For those attending events at the Wyly Theatre or Moody Performance Hall, the Lexus Silver Parking facility is a convenient choice. Situated beneath the Moody Performance Hall, its entrance is directly across Jack Evans Street from the Wyly Theatre. This facility has stairwells, elevators and a secure underground tunnel providing direct access to the Wyly Theatre. It’s recommended to pay for parking in advance to make sure you get a discounted rate.
Parking for Lexus Vehicle Owners
Lexus vehicle owners enjoy additional benefits, including complimentary self-parking and discounted valet services. These perks are available on a first-come, first-served basis during all public performances. Remember though, that parking spaces are limited and subject to availability.
